Due to early success we are now looking to hire an Associate Consultant to assist with our rapid growth.

Although the primary skill will be data modeling the person should have other skillset/s and willing to take other roles during the project lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data modeling at various layers: semantic, logical, and physical.
• Design the process models in accordance to the guidelines and methodologies defined in the organization.
• Help with the requirements gathering for the discovery of entities, attributes, relationships, and business rules from the functional experts and end-users.
• Design and normalize the logical data model to 3NF.
• Design and maintain the physical data model.
• Establish and maintain relationships with delivery teams and clients.
• After completion of the data model, must be able to work in other roles such as but not limited to BA, PM, Project Lead, DW/BI Consultant depending on the project requirements.

Requirements

• In depth knowledge of FSLDM
• In depth knowledge of data modeling for all layers: semantic, logical, and physical
• Knowledge of data modeling tools such as Erwin.
• Excellent communication skills, previous consulting experience is preferred.
• Other IT skills such as business analysis, project management, data warehouse development, project/tech leading.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence clients and effectively work with teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients and act as SME for their infrastructure needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with delivery teams and end-users
• Design and implement strategies related but not limited to cost management, operational proficiency and service management.
• Work with vendors for tender and evaluation of infrastructure services and software. Should be able to provide sound recommendations for upgrades and purchases.

Requirements

• Strong infrastructure background with experience in data center design/upgrade.
• Familiar with multiple operating systems specifically Linux, Unix, and Windows
• Good networking skills which includes SFTP, Control Direct
• Familiarity with web application servers and enterprise systems such databases, data warehousing, business intelligence, remote applications like Citrix.
• Familiarity with virtualized environments like VMWare
• Very good service management experience with ITIL knowledge/certification.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence clients and effectively work with vendors.
• Understands RFI/RFP and has worked in a vendor environment.
• Experience working with resources in multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills.

Our Client, one of the global leaders in Data Warehousing & Analytics is looking to hire Business Development Professional responsible for developing leads for sales and for new solutions outside of the core customers in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development Manager will develop a series of campaigns based on agreed priorities to generate new sales leads within this territory
• Channels Development and managing any third parties that are employed for lead generation
• Budgeting, planning, controlling and reporting to ensure achievement of objectives within designated budgets
• Analyze creation of solution offer and proposal development to ensure it promotes value based pricing

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other business related field
• Minimum of 10 years work experience, including significant time working within a sales environment
• Experience in Business Intelligence, CRM or Analytics is preferred
• A strong track record in building and implementing Business to Business Marketing programs in a high tech environment

Our Client, one of the global leaders in Data Warehousing & Analytics is looking to hire Business Analyst with background in retail and/or private banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the banking client and IT delivery teams.
• Create functional and technical designs.
• Oversee all the IT deliverables.

Requirements

• Business analyst with experience working in IT. Familiar with requirements gathering, SRS, BRD, creating functional designs, traceability matrix.
• Knowledgeable in retail and/or private banking products and services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to lead discussion of both business and IT teams.
• Understands RFI/RFP and has worked in vendor environment.
• Experience working with resources in multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel in Southeast Asia or worked on short-term assignment as required by the client.
